Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver material all across India using shipping aggregator-Shiprocket who has tie ups with numerous courier companies like Xpressbees, FedEx, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shadow fax, etc.

Delivery is free on all orders placed online.

All deliveries must be signed when you receive them. When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your ordered items, from our store at 22, Rabindra Sarani, Shop #258, Tiretti Bazaar, Kolkata, WB – 700073. We request ID and authorization when collecting your items.
Delivery time depends on your location. Generally we will endeavour to supply ordered goods within 3-8 working days. In case, any product runs out of stock or is unavailable; we shall then communicate to you by email, giving a revised delivery schedule or other options.
Please note that the delivery transit times may vary due to reasons beyond our control, as we use 3rd party courier companies. Ampkart is not liable for any loss arising due to delayed delivery, or Non-Delivery by the courier companies.

Customers are requested not to accept any tampered package from the courier. Refuse the delivery and take a photo if you suspect that the package has been tampered with and inform us so that we can timely take action against the courier partner.

Cash On Delivery

Ampkart currently does not offer Cash on Delivery or Pay on Delivery options for any order. Only Prepaid Orders are accepted.

Note: Ampkart reserves the right to cancel and refund (if applicable) any order at its sole discretion, if the product/technology is getting obsolete or its availability becomes scarce. For e.g. – CFLs/PLC lamps now have limited availability and they fall in this category of items where it may be available for a week and then becomes scarce for next 2 weeks and then not available al-together.
