• After you’ve placed the order, we will begin packaging the order and when it leaves our warehouse; we will provide you with tracking details over SMS/ Mail. (Note: Tracking details are also sent by SHPRKT over SMS)
• We give the estimated time of delivery on the shipping page. However, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner*.
• The delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. In most cases, we are able to deliver within 3-8 working days.
